Lush Life is the first bartender advocacy agency specializing in cost-free education, entertainment, and opportunities for bartenders developed through thoughtful partnerships with spirits brands and bar-focused products. We help brands better understand the hospitality community and advocate for better pay, treatment, and opportunities for individuals working in food and beverage fields.

Lush Life curates and executes educational and experiential programs and events that help bartenders further their careers while building community with their peers and the brands that support them. We host large-scale, in-person events like Portland Cocktail Week and Camp Runamok, along with organizing and executing distinct experiences where brands host hospitality professionals.

Lush Life develops media, marketing materials, and other collateral to help brands thrive in a crowded market and understand the community we both serve. We partner with expert photographers, videographers, and copy writers. By collaborating with food and beverage professionals, the resulting content and message is more inclusive, creative, and impactful.
